Make Garlic Soup To Stay Warm This Winter

Made with the goodness veggies, this soup is perfect for winter.

Ingredients

1 head garlic, 6-7 garlic (crushed), 1 inch ginger (crushed), 1 large onion (chopped), 1 carrot (chopped), vegetables of your choice (cabbages, green peas, corn, beans etc.), corn flour slurry (1 tsp corn flour mixed in 2 tbsp water), 1 tsp black pepper, salt according to taste, 1 tbsp butter

Step 1

In a pan, heat butter and add crushed ginger garlic, sauté for some time. Then add onions and other vegetables.

Step 2

Cook everything until the veggies are slightly soft. Then, add water accordingly. Add the head of garlic and black pepper along with salt.

Step 3

Let it boil until everything is cooked properly. Add corn flour slurry and let it boil for another 5 minutes. Take off the heat and enjoy.
