This homemade fruit salad recipe highlights fresh, seasonal fruits, showcasing their natural sweetness. It's a versatile dish perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert with no added sugar.
1 tsp fresh lemon zest 1-2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed) 2 oranges (peeled and segmented) 2 pears (diced) 3 apricots (diced) 2 medium peaches (diced) 2 cups strawberries (diced) 3 kiwis (diced) 2 cups blueberries 1 cup raspberries Mint leaves (for garnish)
Place all the fruits in a large bowl. Add fresh lemon zest and lemon juice to the bowl.
Gently toss the fruits to mix the ingredients evenly.
Refrigerate the salad for 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with mint leaves before serving the salad.
