Don’t you love the slice of coffee cake that your favourite cafe serves? Well, with this recipe, you can make the whole cake at home. So, get baking for a fluffy coffee cake to pair with your evening beverage.
Maida - 2 cups Milk - 1/4 cup Sour cream - 1 cup Eggs - 3 Expresso shot - 1 Powdered sugar - 1 cup Butter - 3/4 cup Baking powder - 2 teaspoons Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
Mix in the dry ingredients like maida, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients like cream, milk, coffee, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar.
Carefully mix the dry and wet ingredients together till you get a consistent batter.
Bake for about an hour, wait for it to cool down, and then enjoy your coffee cake.
