Homemade green chutney adds a fresh, tangy taste to your sandwich. It’s quick to prepare with a blend of coriander, green chillies, and spices. Ideal for spreading on sandwiches for an extra burst of flavour.
1 cup coriander leaves (packed) ½ tsp chaat masala 1 tsp green chillies, chopped 2-3 drops lemon juice (optional) 1-2 tsp water (optional) Salt to taste
Rinse the coriander leaves thoroughly under running water.
Place the coriander, chaat masala, and chopped green chillies in a blender.
Grind the ingredients to a smooth paste. Add 1-2 tsp water if the chutney is too thick to grind.
Add salt as per taste and blend again. Store the chutney in an airtight container or use it immediately for sandwiches.
