Ingredients

For the Tapioca Outer Layer: 1 cup tapioca 1/4 cup water 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder For the Vegetable Filling: 1 cup mixed vegetables (chopped carrots, cabbage, broccoli, etc.) 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste

Step 1
