Make Easiest Carrot Cake At Home This Autumn

Winter is already coming, and fall is at its end if you are still deciding on what desserts you can have. Why not have carrot cakes to celebrate the winter carnival?

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 large eggs 1/2 cup milk 2 cups grated carrots 1 cup chopped walnuts

Ingredients

Frosting: 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1-2 tablespoons milk 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1-2 tablespoons milk

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Step 2

Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt, sugar, oil, eggs, and milk.

Step 3

Stir in grated carrots and chopped walnuts.

Step 4

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Step 5

Cream together butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla extract and milk until smooth.

Step 6

Frost the cooled cake with the prepared frosting. Serve.
