Make Drumstick Soup To Enjoy Monsoon And Beat Seasonal Flu

Monsoon causes a dip in temperature, making the air slightly chilly. With fluctuations in the weather, you need something you can enjoy while watching the rain pour and keep you warm. It will help you keep seasonal flu at bay.

Ingredients

3 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp ghee Salt to taste ½ cup onions 2 drumsticks ½ tsp black pepper 3 garlic cloves 1 tsp roasted cumin powder

Step 1

Chop drumsticks and cook them in water with a little bit of salt. Turn off the flame once they have softened.

Step 2

Strain the water using the sieve. Keep the drumsticks aside to cool off and peel off their skin.

Step 3

Heat ghee in a pot and saute garlic and onions for a minute.

Step 4

Add the flesh of the drumstick to the pan and cook. Pour the ingredients into a blender.

Step 5

After creating a smooth paste, cook it with the stock you made while cooking drumsticks.

Step 6

Add pepper, salt, cumin powder, and cornstarch to the soup. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
