1 cup millet 4 cups vegetable broth 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1 carrot 1 celery stalk 1/2 cup green peas 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste Chopped parsley for garnish
Heat oil in a pot. Add onion, garlic, carrot, celery, rinsed millet, vegetable broth, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt to the pot.
Bring to a boil. Stir in the green peas and cook for a few minutes more.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
