Gobi Paratha, a crispy flatbread stuffed with spiced cauliflower, is a perfect meal for any time of day. Enjoy it with yoghurt, pickle, or butter for a tasty and satisfying dish.
3 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup water 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp ghee or oil 1/2 head of cauliflower, grated 1 green chilli, chopped 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp red chilli powder Ghee or oil for roasting
Rinse and finely grate the cauliflower, ensuring there are no worms or dirt.
Mix the grated cauliflower with green chilli, garam masala, and red chilli powder.
In a bowl, mix wheat flour, salt, and ghee. Add water and knead into a soft dough.
Roll out small dough balls into 3-4 inch discs. Place the cauliflower mixture on one disc.
Cover the stuffing with another rolled disc and seal the edges by pressing gently.
Roll the stuffed paratha into a larger disc and cook it on a hot skillet.
Flip the paratha, apply ghee, and cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot!
