A simple meal, including rice and dal for your lunch and something fried as a side dish, can be pretty comforting. Try this pumpkin recipe!
1 large pumpkin 1/2 cup gram flour (besan) 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds Salt to taste Oil for deep frying
Mix gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, and salt with water to make a batter.
Coat the cubed pumpkin in the batter.
Fry the marinated pumpkin pieces. Serve hot.
