While a bag of potato chips is readily available, you can make your evening munching healthier by making preservative-free shakarkandi (sweet potato) chips at home. Here’s a quick recipe.
1 sweet potato 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt to taste Pre-made dip for chips
Wash and slice the sweet potato into very thin slices.
Toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil and salt.
Deep-fry or air-fry the chips as per your preference till they are golden brown.
Let them cool, store them in an air-tight container and serve with a dip.
