Mix Dal Dosa is a nutritious and protein-packed South Indian breakfast made with a blend of lentils, creating a crispy and flavourful healthy dosa.
1/2 cup urad dal 1/2 cup split moong dal 1/2 cup toor dal 1/2 cup chana dal 1/2 cup masoor dal 2 green chillies, chopped 1 inch ginger, chopped Salt to taste Water as needed Oil for cooking
Soak mixed dals (urad, moong, toor, chana, and masoor) for 4-6 hours, then drain.
Blend soaked dals with green chillies, ginger, and water until smooth. Add salt.
Let the batter ferment for 8–10 hours or overnight until slightly bubbly.
Heat a non-stick tawa and lightly grease it with oil.
Pour the batter on the tawa and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa. Cook until golden brown.
Flip and cook briefly. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
