This pudding is super creamy, thick, and blissfully sweet. It is a very simple and rewarding recipe that will provide you with a restaurant-level dessert at home in just 20 minutes. This dessert makes peanut butter the star, creating pure magic when combined with other ingredients.

1/3 cup white sugar 4 1/2 teaspoons of cornflour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups of milk 1/2 cup, half and half 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a moderate-sized pot, mix together the sugar, cornflour, and a pinch of salt until everything is evenly dispersed.

Add the milk and half and half, and whisk until the mixture is uniform.

Place the pot on the stove over medium-high heat, ensuring to stir continuously.

When the mixture starts boiling, decrease the heat to medium and continue stirring for about two minutes, or until the mixture thickens.

Take the pot off the heat and blend in the peanut butter and vanilla until the texture becomes smooth and dense. Transfer the pudding into a large bowl or four smaller serving bowls.

Cover the surface of the pudding with plastic wrap, pressing it down gently to make sure it touches every part. Let it cool for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
