Make Cosy Veg Noodle Soup For Light Dinner

If you are craving soup and noodles at the same time, why not make veg noodle soup? Noodle soup is a great choice for having something light and warm during winter. It is also very easy to make. Take a look!

Ingredients

2 cups vegetable broth 1/2 cup noodles (your choice, like egg noodles or rice noodles) 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn) 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 clove garlic 1 green onion Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Heat the vegetable broth.

Step 3

Add the mixed vegetables to the broth and cook until tender.

Step 4

Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and green onion to the pot. Stir well.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
