Coconut ice cream is among the most delicious flavours you can indulge in. Not to mention that it is nutritious and creamy. If you are craving it, here is a quick recipe to try at home.
1 cup of coconut milk 1 can of sweetened coconut cream 1.5 cups of sweetened flaked coconut 1.5 cup of heavy cream
Combine coconut cream and milk in a blender. Make sure the mixture is smooth.
Take it out in a bowl and combine thoroughly. Use tools to ensure there are no lumps.
Add flaked and sweetened coconut to this mixture and stir well. This step is optional but can amplify the flavours of the dessert.
Pour the ice cream mixture into the maker and let it freeze.
Check the consistency of the ice and store it in the freezer.
Serve with a tablespoon of crushed nuts.
