Make Cheese Spread Without Any Fuss

Ingredients 1 litre Milk 2 to 3 tbsp Lime Juice 2 tbsp water 2 tsp Salt 150 g Hung curd (300 g curd which is hung) 1 cheese cube A little more salt

Step 1

Boil milk and salt. Add vinegar so that the milk can curdle.

Step 2

Strain the chena and drain out the excess water. Make sure you don't squeeze out the entire water.

Step 3

Transfer it into a mixer grinder. Add hung curd, cheese cube and little salt. Grind.

Step 4

Make a smooth mixture and store it in a container.

Step 5

Your healthy homemade cheese spread is ready.
