Cheese paratha is the solution to your hunger pangs and cravings for fat. It is slightly healthier than pizza and can be customised to suit your needs. Following this recipe, you can enjoy a delicious meal any day.
1 cup atta 1 cup grated cheese 1 pinch of salt ½ tsp red chilli flakes 2 tbsp butter Water as needed
Take atta in a bowl, sprinkle salt, and knead it into a soft dough.
Take a small piece of the dough, flatten it, add cheese, and seal it.
If you want to add vegetables, you will need to top one paratha with the next.
Gentle roll the paratha and spread it on a hot griddle.
Add butter on the edges and roast it until the surface is brown and crispy.
Serve the paratha with chilli garlic sauce on the side.
