Popcorn itself is a binge-worthy snack. When the kernels are coated in a layer of caramel, make a drool-worthy sweet and salty snack. To make the overpriced movie-theatre-like caramel popcorn at home, here are 5 easy steps that you can follow.
Popcorn kernel - 1/2 cup Butter - 1/2 cup Sugar - 1 cup Salt - 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Pop your popcorn using your preferred method, be it on the gas stove or microwave.
Add some salt and mix thoroughly.
Melt some butter, some sugar, and vanilla extract over medium flame, and wait till it thickens.
Coat the popcorn in the caramel.
To give them extra crunch, bake the coated popcorn for half an hour and enjoy.
