Cheesecake is a creamy dessert that is the new favourite of people across the globe. To get the crumbly crust and a rich cafe-like filling, you can follow this recipe and make the dessert at home.
For the Crust: 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs ¼ cup granulated sugar ¼ cup butter, melted For the Filling: 3 cups cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar ½ cup sour cream 3 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon lemon juice ¼ teaspoon salt
Prepare the crust by mixing cookie crumbs, butter, and sugar. Bake for five to ten minutes.
Make the filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, and eggs with a blender.
Mix in heavy creamy and lemon juice till you get a uniform filling.
Pour the filling on the baked crust and bake the cheesecake for about an hour.
Let it cool, and then refrigerate for at least four hours. Garnish with toppings and serve.
