Make Cafe-Like Stuffed Garlic Bread This Weekend

Garlic breads have found their place in Indian hearts thanks to their buttery-soft texture with an unbeatable garlic taste. To try something new this weekend, here’s a quick recipe for stuffed garlic bread that you’d love.

Ingredients

All-purpose flour - 2 cups Warm water - 1 cup Crushed garlic - 4 Butter - 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup Oil - 2 tablespoons Dry yeast - 1 tablespoon Sugar - 1 teaspoon Salt - 1 teaspoon Oregano mix - 2 teaspoons

Step 1

Take warm water and add sugar and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes till you see bubbles forming.

Step 2

Mix in all-purpose flour, salt, and crushed garlic.

Step 3

Add oil, knead the dough and let it set for about an hour.

Step 4

Spread the dough and fold in oregano seasoning.

Step 5

Now, take another bowl and make the filling by mixing butter, garlic, and mozzarella cheese.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and spread the dough on a baking tray.

Add the filling to the dough and fold it to make semi-circles.

Brush up with some oil and season some more oregano.

Bake at 210 degrees for about ten minutes till the bread gets golden brown.
