The crispy garlic bread with its butter-soft interior topped with loads of cheese is everyone’s favourite bite at a cafe. With this step-by-step recipe, you can now have the cheese pull at home.
2 cups maida 1 cup water 4 garlic cloves 1/2 cup butter 1 cup Mozzarella cheese 2 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon dry yeast 1 teaspoon sugar Salt to taste 2 teaspoons oregano mix
Activate the yeast by mixing it with warm water and sugar. Mix in maida, salt, and crushed garlic.
Add oil, knead the dough and let it set for about an hour. Spread the dough and fold in oregano.
In another bowl, make the filling by mixing butter, garlic, and mozzarella cheese.
Add the filling to the dough and fold it to make semi-circles.
Brush it up with some oil and season it with oregano. Bake till the bread gets golden brown.
Slice it and enjoy the cheesy garlic bread.
