Banana pancakes are a common breakfast item in many parts of the world. Here is an easy recipe to make it at home.

1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon white sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt 1 egg (beaten) 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 ripe bananas, mashed

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. In another bowl, mix egg, milk, vegetable oil, and bananas.

Combine both the mixtures well. Heat a frying pan and pour the batter onto the griddle (use approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake).
