To make an indulgent dessert at home, you can go for banana malpua with rabri to have the most out of your day. With this easy recipe shared by Vaishali Prashant Soni, you can have the dessert at home.

Ingredients

1/2 banana 2 cup sugar 1 glass milk 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder 1 pinch saffron 1/2 teaspoon ghee Bread and bread crumbs as required

Step 1

Make the sugar syrup by boiling a cup of water and 2 cups of sugar.

Step 2

In another pan, add ghee, mashed banana and milk and let it boil. Then, add green cardamom powder and saffron.

Step 3

Mix in bread crumbs and sugar as per your preference, and your banana rabri will be ready.

Step 4

Take some slices of bread, cut them into circles, deep fry them, and dip them in the sugar syrup you prepared.

Step 5

Now, place with sugar-sipped bread in bowls and the freshly prepared banana rabri.

Step 6

Finally, garnish with dry fruits and serve.
