Experience the refreshing twist of Avocado Papdi Chaat, a fusion of traditional Indian flavours with creamy avocado. This vibrant snack combines crispy puris with a zesty avocado topping, perfect for any occasion.
¼ cup rice flour ¼ cup whole wheat flour ¼ cup all-purpose flour 5 tablespoons of water Salt Oil for deep-frying
3 avocados mashed 1 tomato diced ¼ cup diced onion ¼ jalapeño diced 3 teaspoons of lemon juice ½ teaspoon cumin seeds, roasted ¼ cup boondi (store-bought) ½ teaspoon chat masala Salt to taste
Combine rice flour, wheat flour, and salt. Add water and knead into a semi-stiff dough.
Roll the dough thinly on a floured surface. Cut circles and prick each puri with a fork.
Fry puris in hot oil until golden brown and drain on paper. Mix avocado, tomato, onion, jalapeño, lemon juice, cumin seeds, chat masala, and salt.
Chill the blended mixture and add the boondi before serving. Place the crispy puris on a plate and top with the avocado mixture.
