Ingredients

4 tbsp coriander seeds 2 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera) 1 tbsp fennel seeds (saunf) 2 tbsp dried red chillies 1 tbsp kali mirch 1 tbsp cloves 1 tbsp cinnamon sticks 1 tbsp cardamom pods (elaichi) 2 tbsp dry mango powder 1 tsp turmeric powder

Step 1

In a pan, dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, dried red chillies, kali mirch, cinnamon sticks, and cardamom pods.

Step 2

Remove the roasted spices from the pan and let them cool completely.

Step 3

Now, grind the spices into a fine powder.

Step 4

Mix in the dry mango powder (amchur) and turmeric powder with the ground spices.

Step 5

Store the Pav Bhaji Masala in an airtight container for up to 5-6 months.
