Homemade pudina powder is a fantastic way to preserve fresh mint leaves and add an aromatic touch to your dishes. It’s simple to make and can be stored for months.
Pat the leaves dry or spread them on a clean cloth to air-dry completely. Ensure no moisture is left.
Once dried, place the leaves in a shaded, ventilated spot for 2-3 days until they become crisp.
After the leaves have fully dried, crush them using your hands or grind them into a fine powder using a mixer grinder.
Store the pudina powder in an airtight container, away from moisture and sunlight. Use it to sprinkle over dishes like chaats, curries, or even beverages.
