Pithod is a very famous Gujrati dish which can be made as a perfect starter for your any occasion. Here is an instant pithod roll recipe.
Ingredients:
For dough
Besan 2 cups
Salt as per taste
Water
For garnishing
Oil 2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 ½ tsp
Curry leaves roughly chopped
Green chillies 2 finely chopped
Dhania
Roast besan, add water gradually till besan thickens. Add salt when besan is ready. Prepare a tadka of oil. Mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies. Roll besan dough behind a plate, add tadka, cut and roll it. Boil it for 5 mins using a steamer. Garnish more with tadka and dhania
