Deliciously refreshing sweet yogurt drink, Amritsari Pede wali Lassi is rich, creamy, and heavenly from its very first sip to its last. Now make it at home with these simple steps.

Ingredients - 1½ cups yogurt, 2 tbsps sugar, 3 milk pedas, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 5-6 saffron, 1½ tbsp pistachios, and 1½ cup ice cubes.

Soak the saffron strands in 4-5 tbsp warm milk and set aside.
Grind a cup of ice cubes in a blender or put in a ziplock bag and hit them with the pestle.

Add the thick yogurt in the blender along with the cardamom powder, sugar, and saffron milk.

Add the crushed ice and crumble the pedas by hand over the blender and blend till everything has dissolved.

Pour it in a tall steel glass with a few ice cubes and chopped pistachios as garnish and enjoy.
