Are you looking for healthy and crunchy air-fried shakarkandi (sweet potato) chips to pair with your evening tea? You can have it with a dip or as is and enjoy the low-calorie snack.
1 sweet potato 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt to taste Pre-made dip for chips
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. Wash and slice the sweet potato into very thin slices.
Toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil and salt.
Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer on the air fryer basket.
Air fry for about 15 minutes till they are crispy and golden brown.
Remove the air-fried chips from the plate, let them cool, and enjoy with a dip.
