Make A Wholesome And Filling Mixed Fruit Bowl

Put together a tasty, refreshing, and healthy mixed fruit bowl by combining your favourite seasonal fruits. Steps to store them for longer and have them ready anytime.

Ingredients - 1 watermelon, 1 pineapple, 2 pears, 2 chiku, 8-10 strawberries, 3 mangoes, 3 bananas, and 5 cups of grapes.

Cut the watermelon into small cubes and the pears into slices.

Cut the chiku into quarters and deseed them.

Remove the hull of the strawberries and cut them into halves.

Peel the banana and cut them into sizeable chunks.

Peel and deseed the mangoes and cut them into small chunks.

Put the individual fruits in a ziplock bag and put them in the freezer.

When packing your lunch, take the frozen fruits out of the freezer and assemble your fruit bowl for the day. They should thaw out till later.
