An easy, quick and healthy sandwich recipe which represents with three colour of Indian flag. an ideal tri-colour snack for Independence Day. Here is how to make this tri-colour sandwich:
Bread 1 tsp green chutney Lettuce leaves 1 cheese slice ½ tsp pepper 1 tsp mayonnaise 1 medium sized carrot salt to taste
Cut the sides of the bread.
Use sides to prepare breadcrumbs by just grinding them into fine powder.
On one bread slice, apply generous amount of green chutney.
Layer it with lettuce leaves for green layer.
Then cheese slice and crushed black pepper.
Place another slice of bread to get a white layer.
Now spread mayonnaise sauce.
Add grated carrot for orange layer
Season with some salt and crushed black pepper.
Place the third bread slice and press gently.
Cut the sandwich into half forming triangle.
Serve the tri colour sandwich with sauce.
