An interesting and innovative street-style sandwich recipe made with tandoori paneer cubes. It is an ideal morning breakfast meal loaded with all the goodness of paneer cubes with lip-smacking tikka spices. Here is how to make it:
¾ cup curd 1 tsp chilli powder ¼ tsp turmeric ½ tsp coriander powder ¼ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp garam masala ½ tsp amchur 1 tsp kasuri methi 1 tsp ginger garlic paste ½ tsp salt 1 tbsp oil 2 tsp besan, roasted 1 cup paneer, cubed ½ capsicum, chopped ½ onion, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 2 tbsp oil Bread Butter Green chutney
In a large bowl take curd and add chilli powder, turmeric, and coriander powder.
Then add cumin powder, garam masala, amchur, kasuri methi, ginger garlic paste, salt, and oil.
Now add roasted besan and mix well.
Then add chopped paneer, capsicum, onion, and tomato, and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil and marinated mixture.
Stir and cook until the mixture is cooked uniformly.
Cool completely, and paneer tikka stuffing is ready.
For the sandwich, spread butter and green chutney on both slices of bread.
now spread prepared paneer stuffing.
Place the sandwich in the sandwich maker and close it.
Grill both sides until the sandwich turns golden brown.
