Make A Soft And Refreshing Mango Cake This Summer

The king of fruits, mango, is abundantly available in summer, and it’s only fair to try new recipes with the delicious fruit. To celebrate the natural sweetness of the juicy mangoes, bake a refreshing cake.

Ingredients

Maida - 1.5 cups Baking powder - 1 teaspoon Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon Pinch of salt Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup Butter - 1/2 cup Eggs - 2 Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon Mango puree - 1 cup Whipped cream for frosting

Step 1

Take a bowl and mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, butter, sugar, and vanilla extract.

Step 3

Add mango puree to the dry ingredients till they are mixed thoroughly.

Step 4

Next, mix in the wet ingredients till you get a smooth batter.

Step 5

Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for about forty minutes.

Step 6

Let the freshly baked cake cool, and then decorate with whipped cream before serving
