Chamomile tea is known for its soothing properties. It's made from dried chamomile flowers, bringing comfort with each sip. Learn how to make this refreshing tea at home in just a few simple steps.
2 cups water 3 tsp dried chamomile flowers Honey (optional, to taste)
Heat 2 cups of water in a saucepan on high heat until it starts boiling.
Turn off the heat once the water reaches a boil. Add 3 tsp of dried chamomile flowers to the hot water.
Cover the pan and let the tea steep for 1 minute. Strain the chamomile tea into your favourite cup.
Add honey to taste if you prefer a sweeter tea, and stir it.
Serve your chamomile tea hot alongside a light snack.
