½ cup rajma, soaked ½ cup chana dal ¼ cup carrots, chopped ¼ cup corn ¼ cauliflower florets ¼ cup peas ¼ tsp tomatoes, chopped ¼ cup onions, chopped 1 tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala ½ tsp cumin seeds 3 green chillies, chopped ½ tsp ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp ghee Salt, to taste Water, as required Coriander leaves, chopped Fresh cream, for garnish

Place the rajma and chana dal in a cooker with salt, turmeric and water and cook for 4 whistles. Set aside.

Heat ghee in a large wok, then add cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and let them splutter.

Once these stop spluttering, add the onions, carrots, cauliflower, peas and corn. Saute for 10 minutes.
Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and garam masala and saute for another 10 minutes.

Now add the cooked dal, adjust the salt and water and cook until done.

Garnish with coriander leaves and cream before serving with rice or enjoy as a soup.
