Fasting doesn’t have to mean taking away the joy of eating. Try this 3-ingredient fruit roll-up to make snacking yummy and healthy.

Ingredients

- 2-3 cups fruit (any fruit!) - 2-3 tbsp honey - 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Step 1

Blend the fruits, honey and lemon in a food processor

Step 2

Spread it in a thin layer on a lined baking sheet and bake at the lowest setting for 5-6 hours.

Step 3

Remove it from the paper, roll, slice into ribbons and enjoy!
