We all struggle with snack cravings sometimes, and its easy to just reach for the nearest bag of chips to munch on. These are a healthier, oil-free option that you can make at home for a fresh snacking session.
2 large potatoes Salt
Wash and dry potatoes, cut them in half and then into thin slices with a sharp knife or mandolin.
Soak in ice water for 5 minutes and then pat completely dry.
Line a plate with parchment paper, arrange the potato slices in an even layer and sprinkle with salt.

Microwave for 2 minutes on each side till golden. Store in an airtight box.
