Makar Sankranti 2025: Make Sattu Ladoo For Sugary Indulgence

Makar Sankranti is around the corner, which means North Indians are busy preparing for the harvest festival. They buy raw ingredients and make traditional sweets to serve at the festive gathering. Amid this, try sattu ladoo recipe.

Ingredients

3 tbsp ghee 1 cup sattu flour ¼ tsp cardamom powder ½ cup jaggery powder ½ cup crushed nuts

Step 1

Add ghee to a hot kadhai and let it melt.

Step 2

Roast sattu flour in it for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Turn off the flame and add jaggery powder and cardamom powder to the flour.

Step 4

Sprinkle crushed nuts like cashews, almonds, and pistachios.

Step 5

Combine the ingredients and start shaping it like lemon-sized ladoos.

Step 6

Enjoy sattu ladoos in between meals and store them in an airtight container.
