Dahi chura is a healthy and delicious recipe made with flattened rice or poha, yogurt, jaggery, fruits and nuts. It is a traditional Bihari breakfast specially made during Makar Sankranti, and is also be served as a snack or a dessert. Take a look at the recipe here:
1 cup Yogurt ¾ cup Poha 3 tbsp Jaggery Fruits and Nuts to garnish
Wash the flattened rice with water and drain it completely.

Keep it aside until it is soft.

Combine yogurt and jaggery in a mixing bowl and mix everything well.
