Sheera, singhoda, ghee sugar, and cardamom powder are used to make the quick and simple dessert known as singhada halwa.
1 cup water chestnut (shinghada) flour 4 tbsp ghee 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 1 tbsp almonds slivers 1 tbsp pistachio slivers
To begin, melt the ghee in a nonstick skillet. Add the singhada flour and stir constantly over a low flame until it turns light brown.
Keep stirring so that it doesn't stick to the pan. Now stir in 2 cups of warm water and simmer.
Continue cooking while stirring constantly until all the water has been absorbed.
Add the sugar now, stir well, and cook on a low flame for an additional 4 minutes while constantly stirring.
Switch off the flame, add the cardamom powder and mix well.
It’s ready! Serve the the dish hot! garnished with almonds and pistachios.
