Green chilies, garlic, and spices go into making Maharashtrian Thecha, a traditional spicy condiment from Maharashtra, India.
Heat 1 tbsp oil, To this add 15-18 green chillies, cook for 1-2 minutes and add 1 whole garlic head, along with 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp salt.
Add 2 tbsp Peanuts, cook for 3-4 minutes on low to medium flame. Add coriander leaves and cook for 1 more min.
Let this cool down a bit and transfer to a mortar pestle and pound in roughly. you can do this in blender too just make sure, you don’t make a fine paste.
Now Pair it with bhakri, paratha, Roti sabji, dal chawal and almost everything.
