10 to 12 chopped green Chillies 8 chopped garlic cloves 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp hing Salt to taste
Take a blender and grind together the green chilies, garlic and salt. Make a coarse paste.
Keep these ground chilies in a bowl. Heat a pan and add little oil.
Add the mustard seeds and hing. Let them splutter.
Pour this mustard and hing tempering over the green chilli thecha and mix well.
Serve the thecha with thalipeeth and enjoy!
