INGREDIENTS

3-4 leftover rotis 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon mustard seeds ½ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon red chilli powder 2 green chillies, slit 4-5 curry leaves 1 tablespoon chopped coriander 1 tablespoon grated cheese Salt, to taste

STEP 1

Heat the oil in a kadhai and temper the cumin, mustard and curry leaves.

STEP 2

Add the green chillies, followed by the chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add the chopped tomato and cook further for 4 minutes, until slightly mushy.

Add the spice powders and season with salt, while you tear the rotis into bite-sized pieces.

Throw in the torn rotis into the pan and mix thoroughly to combine.
