If you are looking for a spicy accompaniment in a cookbook, turn over the pages to the Maharashtra section, and you will find the recipe for peanut chutney. This delicious side dish is an absolute flavourbomb.
7 pieces of dry red chillies 1 cup roasted peanuts 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp cumin seeds 4 cloves of garlic
Heat a skillet and dry roast red chillies and cumin seeds for a few seconds. Keep them aside.

In the same pan, dry roast peanuts and garlic as well. Keep them aside as well.
First grind, red chillies and cumin seeds in a blender.
Add roasted garlic and some salt. You can also add green chillies if you want to make it more spicy.
Add roasted groundnuts and blend the ingredients into a coarse mixture.
Store in an airtight container and serve on the side of lunch and dinner.
