Magaj Ladoo Recipe by Shradha Nema

Ingredients

2 cup besan 3/4 cup ghee/clarified butter 1/2 cup bura/powdered sugar 1 tbsp cardamom powder 2 tbsp Milk Silver varq(edible silver leaf)

Step 1

In a kadahi (pan), melt ghee and add the gram flour. Stir-fry over low heat.

Step 2

Roast the gram flour / besan by stirring continuously. You will have to roast the gram flour for almost 15-20 minutes.

Step 3

 As gram flour is getting roasted, it will change it color slightly to light brown. Add milk and quickly stir the mixture. Do not burn.
