Litchi Pudding is a creamy and delicious dessert that is perfect for any occasion.
1 cup litchi puree (fresh or canned) 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup whole milk 1/2 cup granulated sugar 3 tablespoons cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon salt Fresh litchi fruit, for garnish (optional)
Take a pan whisk in the litchi puree, heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
Now Place the pan over medium heat and whisk continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and continue to whisk for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Now pour the mixture into serving cups or a large serving bowl. Cool it down and refrigerate it.
When it’s set, Garnish with fresh litchi fruit! Enjoy this creamy dessert.
