Lychee Jelly To Bring Back Your Childhood Memories

Try some lychee jelly, a delectable dessert that will bring back fond memories and satisfy your sweet tooth. 

Step 1 

First, you need to remove the juice from a can of lychees if you want to produce jelly. 

Step 2

Let the gelatin powder soften in the heated water. The lychees should be blended until completely smooth. 

Step 3 

Add sugar or another sweetener to taste, then combine the lychee puree with the dissolved gelatin. 

Step 4 

Refrigerate the mixture in a mould or individual cups for several hours, or until firm. 

Enjoy the fruity and delightful lychee jelly when served cold.
