Lusciously thick and flavourful Papaya Smoothie, Is a go to option when you are feeling hungry! Will satisfy hunger, and a healthy option.
2 cups papaya cubes 3/4 cup chilled milk 1/2 cup curd (dahi 1 tbsp honey 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla essence 12 ice-cubes
Wash and dice papaya into pieces, and refrigerate them until chilled around 30minutes.
Take a blender add the chilled papaya milk, curd, desired amount of honey blend till smooth.
Now, add few drops of Vanilla essence blend the mixture with ice cubes .
The smoothie is ready! Take your favourite glass decorate it with honey and serve chilled.
