Take your nutritious lunch to work. These low-calorie treats will not only satisfy your appetite, but also your cravings. Here are seven healthy, low-calorie snacks to enjoy in the office. 

Masala Makhana 

Masala makhanas can beat the ubiquitous masaledaar chaats. Roast your makhanas in ghee and season them with your favourite masala. You can even sweeten the makhanas with honey. 

Phalhari Chaat 

Aloo or fruit, chaat is chaat. This will make you need personalised fruit chaat with chaat masala, green chilies, chutneys, and curd! 

Sprout Salad 

It takes time to make the sprouts salad, but the crunchy bean sprouts with cucumbers, and carrots are worth it. 

Vegetable Idli 

Idlis are simple to prepare, carry, and consume. This makes idli one of the greatest low-calorie work snacks. You don't need chutney or sauce if you add veggies.
