Hot chocolate is the quintessential winter drink. It is creamy, thick, and packed with chocolatey flavours. It also incorporates spices like cinnamon that warm you up. But it is often loaded with calorie-rich ingredients. So here's a low-carb hot chocolate recipe that you can enjoy guilt-free.

1 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder Stevia as a sweetener (use according to your preference) 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt Optional: 1 tbsp heavy cream or coconut cream

In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, stevia, and a pinch of salt.
